Trade Up USA is a comprehensive trades development program designed to introduce/elevate the skills, knowledge, and professionalism of individuals in the trades. This program aims to bridge the gap between novice tradespeople, community members and experienced professionals, providing a structured path for growth and success in the myriad of trade pathways.

Trade Up USA empowers the next generation of tradespeople through accessible, hands-on training led by experienced contractors. We connect learners, professionals, and communities to preserve, promote, and pass on the skilled trades that build and sustain America.

Leadership Team

The leadership team for Trade Up USA was formed in May 2025 in Whites Creek, TN. The leadership team is made up of volunteers. Our primary focus and passion is to promote the trades through the involvement of local trade professionals to enhance the local community. It is our goal to facilitate other groups in other communities to grow, using our website and model in order to foster the growth of trades.
